
Welcome to my journey as a Yoga Therapist! With over 30 years experience in the Health care and Wellness industry, I have a 200 hour Yoga Certification with Group and Personal training since 2014. I am always enhancing my knowledge by learning new skills, I am currently working on my 500-Hour Certification as well as Yoga Therapist Certifications. My passion is for Kids and Seniors teaching and guiding them all about Aqua Yoga, children's soccer and Senior classes such as chair Yoga, Splash, Circuit training, Pilates mat, and Reformer. My focus is to make Yoga accessible to kids, seniors and beginners. Don't get me wrong, I can get you to an athlete level as well, as I was an Athlete most of my days.
