Kickbox Instructor
Kickboxing is an American fighting sport that uses the most basic punches and kicks for fighting. The skills that are used in Kickboxing are the same as basic or beginner karate, tae kwon do and kung fu. However, it is more of a "street fighter" style than that of a desciplined martial art due to the fact that there is not an emphasis on technique, weapons, form, or mental enhancement.
Goals of the fiTour kickboxing Class: To bridge the gap between the fitness professional and the martial arts/boxing professional and provide sound education and tools to develop the proper skills to teach a safe and effective "cardio-kickboxing" fitness class to the generally healthy population.
