Friday: Visshuddha: Purity

Vishuddha is located in the throat. Speaking through higher communication, and Hearing, not just listening but actually hearing what the person is saying.

We will journey into the ether element where we will breath in and out bees breath will cut the other senses out while we engage in our throat and ears. Glands and organs we will focus on will be the mouth tongue, throat, nose, ears, thyroid and parathyroid.

Vishuddha loves fruit, such as blueberries, and the color sky blue. Wants to believe in faith and understanding, ( not just listening).
